In SEMIX Mobile 100S4 batching plants, only one ramp is required for feeding the aggregate bins, thanks to its patented design.
The inline aggregate bin structure eliminates the need for installing a pre-feeding conveyor.
Semix Mobile 100S4 can be rapidly assembled in 3-4 days with its' compact design. It can be relocated to another project easily because of its' high mobility.
SEMIX Mobile 100S4 can be installed quickly and efficiently within 3 days, both mechanically and electrically, in a designated area. During installation, experienced SEMIX assembly personnel will be available to provide guidance at all times.
In SEMIX Mobile 100S4 Concrete Batching Plants, 2.25 m³ mixers with compacted concrete output capacity are utilized. Planetary, twin shaft, and single shaft mixers can be adjusted to the Mobile 100S4 batching plant according to specific needs.

NiHard4 is a white cast iron product with nickel and chromium alloying, to give a hard chromium carbide in a martensitic matrix.
